The SCRTAC and the SCWIHERC support the integration and coordination of first responders in responding to and managing active threat incidents. We endorse the concept that time is killer as well, and working together, we can provide excellent scene care — while at the same minimize on-scene times with our injured. The SCRTAC and SCWIHERC have supported a regional adoption of the ASIM model, and will be offering ASIM Basic classes at the county levels. Students are encouraged to review the following modules in-advance of their in-person ASIM Basic class:
