Trauma Education

On-going trauma education and training are vital components of a successful trauma system. The SCRTAC recognizes the need for quality and affordable trauma education for our region’s trauma care providers. In an attempt to satisfy this need, the SCRTAC creates and delivers the Trauma Basics program . This FREE program will be presented multiple times throughout our region, allowing maximal attendance opportunity, with minimal driving time. The presentation is an interactive, scenario based program that is delivered on three AV screens by the SCRTAC EMS staff. We encourage you to schedule a Trauma Basics program for your service today!

We hope you will use this page for access to some excellent trauma education, available to you in outlines, power-point presentations, audio and video files, links to web-based content, and more. Be sure to check back frequently, as this page’s content will be updated often.
