Registration information

To register, email the following information to DHSTrauma@dhs.wisconsin.gov:

• Trauma Medical Directors Basics, Virtual Only
• Name
• Email
• Hospital/organization
• Trauma care facility level
• Position title

Seats are limited. Registration is first come, first served, with all information needed to be considered a complete registration. Once all information is received, a confirmation will be sent back to you within two business days. Your registration will be declined if you do not meet the qualified positions outlined previously. You may be put on a waitlist depending upon capacity.
